Step 1
Enter the miRNA name in the search box in small letters.
The miRNA is a small non coding RNA molecule which responsible for regulation of gene profile by interfering of mRNA translation process. When compared to normal conditions, the microRNAs' profile changes with disease conditions. However, information about microRNAs appears to be very scattered. On a single platform, this tool compiles disparate information about the relationship between the microRNA profile and disease. This tool is an Open Source tool. We also accept the user-based microRNA information after validation with in 15 days. Ever year, this tool will display updated information. We are currently trying to compile the expression profiles of all microRNAs connected to tuberculosis. We will also integrate the microRNAs profile with other illnesses including cancer, typhoid, and other disorders
